Most of us go through times in our lives of intense personal struggle and significant setbacks. It is normal to go through periods of stress, anxiety over past hurts, and feelings of hopelessness.

I've been asked, "What is your approach in assisting others?" Generally speaking, I use a combination of behaviourist approaches (for example, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Acceptance Commitment Therapy) and narrative therapy. I also strive to integrate the client's personal values during therapy. I'm creative, flexible, and eclectic in utilizing different approaches depending on your needs.
